01 About Sir YB
The work behind the ideas.
I am the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of YBI Group. My work has grown from an early student venture into leading a group of businesses and developing the teams behind them.
Years of solving operational problems, learning from setbacks and working with people have shaped how I lead. This website brings together the lessons, convictions and public work that have come from that experience.

Ambition needs direction. Spirituality grounds us in faith, values and accountability, helping us remember who we are, why we are building and whom our success should ultimately serve.

No achievement can replace the people who give life meaning. Strong families, friendships and communities require presence, trust and intentional care—not only whatever time remains after work.

Your body and mind carry every responsibility, dream and contribution. Protecting your energy, emotional wellbeing and physical strength is not separate from success; it makes sustained success possible.

Sir YB World begins on campus
While studying at Usmanu Danfodiyo University, an early student venture brought together a game arena, barbing services and customised shirts. It became a practical classroom for customers, operations and opportunity.
The first office opens
After the student ventures and a move into printing in Kaduna, the first office opened on 25 May 2016. It marked the start of building a team and a company beyond campus.
